What can we do for your business?

When we arrive on your property and introduce ourselves we begin with a risk assessment of the full property, we will then come up with the best, unique way of controlling and preventing legionella within the full system. we will create a personalised file which will allow us identify every water outlet. we will ensure all outlets meet the correct temperature within legionella guidelines. we will log everything into our professional filing system attached to your business.

If your property happens to have been infected with legionnaires we will perform the appropriate tests and actions required to disinfect and irradicate the problem areas.

we will then carry out further testing until we are sure it is safe to use again.

The process

  • Test it

    Upon the agreement of a yearly contract we will check and log the temperature of every outlet in the building monthly, we will descale outlets quarterly and bio test yearly. To test we collect a sample of water in a sterilized container and send it away for analysis.

  • Analyse it

    We send away a sample of your water with chemicals in to UKAS for analysis they will return to us with an efficient test and fast results.

  • Flush it

    Whilst we are at your property we will flush every water outlet and ensure they get to a temperature where legionnaires is discouraged.

  • Dont worry!

    Assuming all is fine we will be in contact about arranging our next regular visit to test and analyse your system again and if your property is infected we will be around again within a short timeframe to come and disinfect and perform closing tests. We will not leave you in a dangerous space.
